Sudden onset of having dreams every night when you were not recalling your dreams before or for a very long time

The brain does not just magically think thoughts and beat you down, emotionally abuse you, bring up memories you don’t want to think about nonstop, create imaginary “what if” scenarios all day long, or judge you nonstop all on its own. Something is causing that.

Listen to how “your thoughts” respond to you. Then write that down and analyze it. Then ask yourself do you yourself truly believe what was said and whether it even sounds like something you would say.

If you do the math on every single person experiencing these things, the sum of them are a hell of a lot larger than what statistics are showing.
